STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF THE BUDGET BY MINIMIZING THE INFLUENCE OF FACTORS ON THE EFFICIENCY OF FORMATION OF INCOMES AND EXPENSES

Abstract
The factors influencing to the formation of the income and expenditure part of the State Budget of Ukraine and local budgets, such as: gross domestic product, inflation, state debt, are investigated. The debt policy of the developed European countries is descripted and the directions of reduction the debt burden on the economy of Ukraine are given. The proposals for strengthening the budgetary potential and improving the management of financial flows of the budget are developed.
