STRUCTURAL AND CONTENTS SUBDISTS OF THE DIDACTIC SYSTEM OF FORMING LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In the article the author substantiates the structural-content subsystem of the didactic system of forming the leadership competence of future bachelors of management in the educational environment of the university. It is revealed that the structural and content subsystem of the didactic system of forming the leadership competence of future bachelors in management in the educational environment of the university includes 2 main components: fundamental and applied. The fundamental component of the content of the future bachelor’s degree in management education in the educational environment of the University, focused on forming their leadership competency, is presented by the curriculum on the discipline “Fundamentals of Leadership” and the didactic provision of its study at the University. The applied component prepares future bachelors in management, completes and extends the fundamental and is realized through the study of educational disciplines that are not specifically oriented to the formation of their leadership competence in the educational environment of the university, but provides for their active use (management, personnel management, management theory, self-management, strategic management, cross-cultural management, project management, human resource management, communication and social responsibility, etc.). Such training is most successfully carried out in the project activity of students, which involves organizing and conducting trainings aimed at forming skills of interaction, leadership, team work.
