STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE RISK ENVIRONMENT OF FUNCTIONING

Abstract
The article outlines the essence of managing the competitive potential of an industrial enterprise, as well as defines its main types. The author investigates the main functions, principles, forms, methods, levers and tools of the competitive potential management system of the enterprise in the conditions of the risk environment. Given that the functioning of the competitive potential management system is exposed to certain risks and factors, the main structural elements of the competitive potential management system of enterprises in the context of external risk regulation are formed. The classification of risks that affect the whole competitive potential management system of an industrial enterprise is carried out. It is proposed to use the reserves of increasing the competitive potential of the enterprise, the use of which is important in the conditions of the necessity for the formation of competitive advantages over the enterprises-competitors. Thus, according to the results of the research, the author has formed the structure of the competitive potential of the enterprise, which should include productiontechnological, marketing, intellectual, labor, financial and economic potential.
