Structural Modeling of Dimensions of Technology Management Activities and Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract
"organizational effectiveness is crucial for the success of any economy and in order to increase achievement and retention of business results, organizations need to implement strategies that guarantee the success. Technology capabilities in terms of technology management activities, including strategies that can guarantee the success and also, the purpose of this study which investigated the effect of TMA on organizational effectiveness is a structural equation modeling approach. The research is applied and the method of data collection is descriptive-survey. In order to test the research model, a researcher made questionnaire was used and reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be as %83. The population samples were chosen from managers and supervisors in Isfahan Oil Refining Company in 2013. The results showed that the TMA such as technology identification, acquisition, exploitation, protection and selection have a significant and positive effect on organizational effectiveness, while no significant effect was obtained for technology learning on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, in this study TMA usage is recommended as stimulus the advancement and competitiveness of enterprises in the global arena"
