Structural, morphological and optical properties of CdS thin film prepared by perfume atomizer
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 8
Abstract
Nanocrystalline cadmium sulfide (CdS) thin film was deposited on glass substrate by relatively simple, quick and cost effective perfume spray atomizer method at the temperature 3500C. A further study has been made for structural, surface morphological and optical properties of the film using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and optical absorption method. The deposited CdS thin film exhibited hexagonal phase with optical band gap (Eg) of 3.0 eV. SEM images confirmed that films of smooth surface morphology and nanocrystalline nature with fine crystallites.

slugPose Estimation Ambiguity Problem and Their Solution Approaches in Augmented Reality Registration
In augmented reality applications, tracking andregistration of both cameras and objects is required because, augment reality is a combine real and virtual object. In this paper we describe the post estimation problem. I...
Steganography Using Texture Synthesis
We propose a novel approach for steganography using a texture synthesis. A texture synthesis process re-samples a smaller texture image, which synthesizes a new texture image with a similar local appearance and an arbit...
An Analysis of Network-Based Control System Using Controller Area Network (CAN) Protocol
Active safety is an important feature of a modern vehicle to provide precaution warning or compensatory control before the pre-crash stage of vehicle safety. All vehicle signals and information are acquired by several i...
A Review Paper on Fingerprints for Privacy Protection
We propose here a novel system for privacy protection of fingerprint by merging two fingerprints & generate new identity. In the enrollment phase, two fingerprints are taken from two different fingers of one person. Fro...
Culture-Free Detection of Enterotoxigenic Escherichia Coli in Food by Polymerase Chain Reaction
Microbial quality of food has immense importance for protection of human health in rural and urban settings. Rapid and specific detection of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is critical for the management of the...
