STRUCTURE LAND TENURE IN СHERNIHIV REGION

Abstract
We studied the territorial features of the land fund of Chernihiv region. Investigated the structure of the main categories of land in the region. The main problems of agricultural land use in the area, the problems that exist within the forest land and some other land Chernigov. Found in particular that the main problems of agricultural land are generally high level of anthropogenic land development in the region, high level of agricultural development, in violation of the proportions of the various categories of agricultural land, high proportion of arable land, high share in the crop crops deplete the soil. Determined that the optimization of land use priorities are: reduction of tilled land fund, increase in the percentage of forest land in the region, expansion of land area of nature reserve fund, gradual achievement of ecologically balanced ratio of land.
