STRUCTURE OF INVESTMENT OUTLAYS ON FIXED ASSETS OF AGRICULURE ENTERPRISES IN POLAND – A COMPARATIVE APPROACH

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to evaluate the structure of investment outlays on fixed assets of agriculture enterprises in Poland, compared to the other types of activity. It was assumed that industry enterprises, due to the importance of fixed assets for operating activity and the specificity of the production cycle, would be characterized by a similar structure of investment outlays on fixed assets among agriculture enterprises, whereas the trading enterprises were different. The research was carried out using data published by the Central Statistical Office in the publication Financial Results of Economic Entities.<br/><br/>
