Structures to Resist the Effects of the Accidental Explosions
Journal Title: International Journal of Trend in Scientific Research and Development - Year 2019, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
Currently in the field of civil engineering the requirement regarding knowledge blast loads are essential. Every country in the world are having terrorist threats. As the scenario of terrorist attacks are unpredictable neither location nor blast material used. This provides an outline to analysis and design to resist blast loads. We have taken an example model to illustrate evaluation of blast parameters which are used in the analysis. The analysis and design of structures to resist blast explosive loads is having utmost importance compared to the conventional type of structures. Where Loading is actually independent of time variation. From past few decades terrorist attacks are becoming a new threat to people lives material used, its quantity, and distance from structure etc. Since we don't know when the blasting activity is going to be happened and type of charge material is used, depends on importance of structure we have to make sure the design of structure should be such that it should resist the failure against blasting activities and to property also. The amount of damage caused to structure is depends upon type of charge. Blast loads, its contribution to structures and other required provisions are opted from Technical Manual 5 1300 and IS 4991 1968.The design method used is Equivalent Static Approach. Analysis of frames of structure is done with software package. by Kota Sudeep | V. Nearly Regular Topological Spaces of the First Kind and the Second Kind
In this paper we introduce the notions of nearly regular topological spaces of the first kind and the second kind and studies their properties. A number of important theorems regarding these spaces have been established....
Energy Efficient Building using Solar Energy and Adoptation of Green Building Techniques
The field of "ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDING", or building design and constructions that prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability, is young but rapidly developing. This report's analysis of building construction pract...
Regular Human Capacity Building Programme A Tool for Quality Teachers’ Productivity in Public Secondary Schools in Bayelsa State
This study examined the type of human capacity building programmes available for teachers, how often teachers’ developmental programmes are organized and teachers’ perceived benefits of self capacity development programm...
A Common Fixed Point Theorem Using in Fuzzy Metric Space Using Implicit Relation
In this paper, we prove a common fixed point theorem in fuzzy metric space by combining the ideas of point wise R- weak commutativity and reciprocal continuity of mappings satisfying contractive conditions with an implic...
Study on Real-time Operating System and its Scheduling Procedures
This paper describes current research in real time operating system and its scheduling procedures. The scheduling procedure is the backbone of any operating systems. In this paper we analyses the application of schedulin...
