СТРУКТУРА ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ПЕДАГОГА НОВОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ШКОЛИ

Abstract
Scientific grounding of the concept of teacher economic competence is done. Its structure concerning the use in the teaching process in modern educational environment is determined. The approaches to the components of the teacher's economic competence are systematized. The motivational-value (motives, needs, personal qualities, value orientations), cognitive (knowledge), activity (experience, creative activity) components in the structure of the economic competence of the teacher of the new Ukrainian school are determined. The concept of time management in the system of goal setting is substantiated. The analysis of the activity component, which is characterized by the skill of using the acquired professional knowledge, involves the experience of the display of competence in standard and non-standard situations, that is, the ability to act on the model and experience of creative activity. The features of the Webquest method, which is based on the theory of constructivism, namely the development of their knowledge through the experience gained from their own activities (motivation to study), has a multidisciplinary character and directs research work, stimulates group activity and cooperation.
