STUDII DE CERCETARE CU PRIVIRE LA RISCUL DE FALIMENT

Abstract
Actuala criză economică demonstrează că rezultatele studiilor de cerecetare referitoare la predicţia riscului de faliment sunt insufi ciente. Subiectul este deosebit de important pentru economiile tuturor ţărilor, indiferent de nivelul de dezvoltare. Necesitatea previzionării riscului de faliment apare atât la nivelul întreprinderii, cât şi la instituţiile care se află în relaţie cu acestea, respectiv instituţiile financiare, investitorii, furnizorii, clienţii etc. Riscul de faliment a făcut şi face obiectul multor studii de cercetare care îşi propun să identifice momentul producerii falimentului, factorii care concurează la atingerea acestei stări, indicatorii care exprimă cel mai bine această orientare (către faliment). Ameninţările la adresa întreprinderilor impun cunoaşterea de către manageri, în permanenţă, a situaţiilor economico-financiare, a zonelor vulnerabile şi a celor cu potenţial de dezvoltare. Managerii trebuie să identifice şi să gestioneze ameninţările care ar împiedica atingerea obiectivelor stabilite.
