Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 12

Abstract

This paper explores the different skills needed by todays youth specifically the budding engineers of tomorrow to be highly successful in their respective professions. It tells about the 360 degree development which is the holistic development of the aspiring engineer. The research student had designed a questionnaire by keeping this things in mind. This study tells about the necessary skills which the students have to develop. Hope the findings are really and eye opener which will boost up the confidence of the engineers and remove the short comings.
