STUDY OF FACTORS THAT SHAPE AND DEVELOP THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES AND CONSUMERS

Abstract
Each resulting index depends on numerous factors. The more detailed consideration of the influence of the factors on the value of indexes the better the exact results of the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the adopted decision. In some situations, without a thorough and comprehensive study of the direct influence of the factors we can’t make reasonable conclusions about the performance of enterprises.Despite the large number of domestic and foreign works on the theory of relationship marketing factors that contribute to the formation and development of long-term relationships are not sufficiently structured. Analysis of industry practice indicates a need for broadening and deepening of knowledge in this area which is grounded by the necessity to gain a stable position in the domestic market, the development of relations, strengthening cooperation of enterprises with consumers.When consumers and businesses want to establish relationships among themselves, they are under the constant influence of many factors. Thus, we propose to consider and examine system of factors that influence the development of long-term relationships between companies. It consists of the factors that influence the behavior of industrial customers, the activity of the enterprise and situational variables.
