Study of Features of Pregnancy in Women with Onset of Diabetes Type 1 in Prepubertal Period

Abstract
We studied course of pregnancy in 22 patients with onset of diabetes type 1 in the prepubertal period. It is found that the need for insulin, depending on the duration of pregnancy, varied: decreased in the first trimester, maximized in the II–III trimester, after childbirth returned to the level before pregnancy, tendency to hypoglycemia was observed in the first half of pregnancy. The mode of delivery in 88.8 % was Caesarean section. Delivery of car in specialized centers reduced the risk of complications of pregnancy and childbirth.
