Study of Inflamma tory Process State in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Associated with Chronic Pyelonephritis

Abstract

In the article we resulted an information about the features of the inflammatory process state in kidneys and course of chronic pyelonephritis exacerbation, associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is revealed that chronic pyelonephritis secondary to type 2 diabetes mellitus has clinical features of its course, and is associated with deep metabolic changes. In patients with comorbide pathology exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis is associated with more significant dysuric and urinary syndrome, general feeling unwell and decompensation of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the clinical manifestations of which are considered as prevailing. Furthermore, in patients with comorbide pathology more significant predominance of proinflammatory properties of blood over antiinflammatory ones is marked. It is defined that inflammatory process state in kidneys at exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has substantial differences from exacerbation of pyelonephritis in patients without diabetes mellitus, it must be borne in mind at management of these patients.
