Studying the Role of Holographic Structure on Creating Organizational Evolution in Brokerage Organizations of Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract
According to Darwin’s theory, the most powerful feature of the life is not mere intelligence, but is responding to change. Organizations need adequate responding to change and thus organizational evolution in current world in order to survive and continue to exist. In fact, activity of an organization in competitive atmospheres which are full of uncertainty and complexity greatly depends on ability of the organization to manage organizational changes and evolutions. The organizational evolution has a holographic nature where the changes of components influence the overall system and the changes of the system influence the components. The holographic structure which is capable of reflecting holism in each of the component, can better lead to an organizational evolution. Therefore, this paper has tried to investigate the role of holographic structure on different levels of organizational evolution as well as the dimensions of holographic structure empowerment in the organization under study. Thereby, it would be possible to measure the ability of this kind of structure in the organizational evolution. Current paper aims to provide and evaluate a model of holographic structure in the organization to create organizational evolution in brokerage organizations of Tehran stock exchange.
