Subjective composition of the contract of life maintenance

Abstract
In the work the subject composition of the contract of lifelong maintenance is investigated. The necessi- ty of improvement of the legislatively fixed design containing the description of the person of the alienator with regard to the indication of the physical capacity necessary for the conclusion of the contract for life maintenance is substantiated. The provisions concerning the parties to the contract of lifelong maintenance are clarified, which may be: an alienator (an adult legal adult) and an acquirer (an adult legal person or legal entity). Prospective directions of the further researches on the considered questions are determined.
