Journal Title: Politicus - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue

Abstract

The processes of institutionalization contribute to the formation of the subjectivity of the political elite, that is, its ability to influence other subjects as an active subject of power in order to optimize the achievement of the goals and objectives in the processes of political modernization. The formation of the subjectivity of the elite is under the influence of subjective (political competence, motivation, responsibility) and objective factors (peculiarities of the current political situation). The main criteria of the political subjectivity of the elite are: the ability to carry out the conscious political activity on a regular basis, rationality, sovereignty of political actions.
