Abstract
The work is devoted to research of the signs of the subject of crime high treason. The age criterions of the subject of crime, its obligatory and additional features are analyzed and their content is disclosed. Работа посвящена исследованию признаков субъекта преступления государственной измены, проанализированы возрастные критерии субъекта преступления, его обязательные и дополнительные признаки.
