SUBMISSION OF USE GEAR PUMP FOR CASCADE EXTRUSION POLYMERS

Abstract
In this article describes the dosing process for cascade extrusion of polymers. The main parameters describing g the process of extrusion are considered.The analysis of the basic schemes of extrusion installations is presented. The equations of the productivity of a worm extruder and an extruder with a gear pump are presented. Pressure and productivity fluctuations in a classical worm extruder and in an extruder with a gear pump are analyzed.
