Substantiation of enterprises’ personnel potential characteristics

Abstract

Globalization and innovation processes, which cover all the spheres of society, change the conditions for human administration in socioeconomic processes, actualizing the researches in the field of substantiation of criteria and necessary characteristics. Therefore, the main purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical basis of the essential load for the socio-economic category called enterprise’s personnel potential. On the basis of the research, the author determines the essential load of the specified category, which involves the semantic analysis of the concepts of «abilities», «capabilities», «characteristics», «quantitative characteristics», and «qualitative characteristics». It is proposed to use the adapted SMART-criteria for the selection of characteristics of the enterprise’s personnel potential, which include: concreteness, measurability, desirability and / or consistency with a higher level, significance and / or expediency as well as transitivity, variability. The binary approach allows to choose the principal characteristics among the variety of the characteristics of the personnel potential, which was formed on the basis of the review of scientific publications. The selected characteristics will further determine the indicator or group of indicators that should be used to assess the level of personnel potential of the enterprise.
