Abstract
В статті розглянуто сучасні аспекти нормування праці управлінського персоналу на промислових підприємствах та в наукових організаціях. Визначено категорії управлінського персоналу, які виділяються різними дослідниками. Висвітлено характер праці управлінського персоналу та роль нормування праці в економічній діяльності підприємства. Систематизовано основні проблеми в галузі нормування праці управлінського персоналу на промислових підприємствах та причини, що їх обумовлюють. Досліджено фактори та ступень впливу на нормування праці управлінського персоналу промислових підприємств Південного регіону.
