Abstract
The article analyzes the current norms of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine, which establishes a special procedure for resolving disputes in the field of public-legal relations that arise as a result of lack of correspondence, the availability of gaps, discrepancies, etc. Accordingly, there are a number of problems in law enforcement by revenue and collection authorities, in particular when implementing certain security measures to fulfill the tax obligation.
