Abstract
Kapranova L., Kovtun K. The current state of technology transfer system in Ukraine. The article shows the analysis of the current state of technology transfer system in Ukraine; considered the most influential factors that hinder the effective activation of international technology transfer. A major problem for businesses that require technology transfer, often is their lack of competence in terms of buying technology and developer - the problem of selling their own intellectual products. As world practice shows, the process of technology transfer can be arranged to gain the most by creating scientific and industrial research groups and centers that provide a range of services in the field of technology transfer. In particular, possible mediators data services such as the creation of technologies in order to establish contacts between actors transfer, information gathering and creating a database of supply and demand for technology transfer, intellectual property protection and commercialization of research and development. Identified statistical data on technology transfer in Ukraine for 2015. Concluded that the main source of financing innovation expenditures are own companies funds - 13,427.0 million (or 97.2% of total expenditure on innovation). This situation can not affect the status of technology transfer, as required more intensive state influence on the companies the opportunity to engage in the development of domestic technological capacity.
