Abstract
Досліджено сучасний землеустрій в Україні. Обґрунтовано поняття та сутність сучасного землеустрою в Україні як багатофункціональної системи, що потребує введення окрім понять «соціальний землеустрій», «економіка землеустрою», «правовий землеустрій», «технічний землеустрій», ще таких як «екологічний землеустрій», «новації в землеустрої», «кадастровий землеустрій» та «еколого-економічний землеустрій».
