SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES: BASIC ELEMENTS, POINTERS AND LIMITATIONS

Abstract
The internal and external constraints and pointers, that will be characteristic and appropriate for development and implementation a successful business strategy of commercial enterprise, are considered. This included available resources of such enterprise, tips and limits, defined by its environment. The basic elements of business strategy for enterprises of specified sphere of activity are highlighted. Authors’ conclusions and suggestions are based on the system restriction theory, method of lean systems, «blue ocean» competitive strategy formation basics.
