SUCCESSFUL FACTORS OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT COMPLEXES

Abstract

The article states that the sphere of leisure is an integral part of modern man's life. One of the institutions, whose activities are aimed at satisfying the needs of consumers, is hotel and restaurant complexes. The following factors of the hotel and restaurant complex's success are highlighted, such as: the location of the hotel, moderate prices, a large range of services provided to customers, an interesting concept. The determining factors influencing the choice of the hotel and restaurant complex are the high level of service, the personality of the staff, interesting interior design and the availability of creative solutions. A perspective aspect for the development of the Ukrainian leisure industry is the computerization of all systems available in the hotel and restaurant complex.
