Succession in the training of an ensemble bandurist

Abstract

The aim of research is to analyze the peculiar features of an ensemble bandurist preparation under the conditions of Ukraine continuing professional musical education system. The methodological basis of research comprises methods of system pedagogical and musicological art analysis based on the principles of comprehensiveness and consistency. Academic novelty of the research lies in the systematic analysis of ensemble bandurist training specifics (based on the example of the Bandurist Capella "Charіvnitsі" of M.Glinka Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Music) at different stages of continuing professional education. The key terms of the interaction between teachers of various specializations that allow to train a bandurist to perform both solo and in a group (ensemble) art of "spіvogra" (performance of a vocal and instrumental musical piece) were highlighted. Mechanisms to ensure succession in the training of a bandurist within music school – music college – music academy system were determined. Conclusions. Succession at all stages of continuing professional education of bandurist is a prerequisite for the training of a qualified ensemble (capella) artist, which is realized through a system of interaction between teachers of all three levels of training. The peculiarity of an ensemble bandurist training is the close cooperation between teachers of special class, singing, and director of bandurist capella.
