SUPERVISORY BOARD AS EFFECTIVE CONTROL BODY AND REGULATION IN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the Supervisory Board as a control and regulation body in limited liability companies. The Supervisory Board is being investigated in the context of the possibility of raising the level of corporate governance and reducing conflict in the company. It indicates the need for detailed regulation of the legal statute of the supervisory board in the statute or the relevant provisions of the limited liability company.
