SUPPORT OF WORKPLACE OF ADMINISTRATORS OF HOTELS BY INTRODUCING RELAXATION EVENTS

Abstract
The article provides a brief description of the hotel industry in Ukraine, shows the role of hotels and similar accommodation facilities in the country's economy. The detailed characteristics of the concepts "hospitality", "hospitality industry", "hotel service", "hotel product" are shown. It is proved that the quality of the hotel product depends largely on the work of the staff. Administrators of hotels play an extremely important role in shaping the results of the work of hotel enterprise. Brief description of the work of hotel administrators is given and factors that negatively affect the efficiency of hotel administrators are indicated. The article proposed an event aimed at maintaining the efficiency and productivity of hotel administrators. The implementation of this measure will ensure the proper working capacity of hotel administrators during the working shift and improve the effectiveness of their work.
