Supravegherea prudenţială a instituţiilor fi nanciare nebancare: evoluţii şi perspective

Abstract
În articole se abordează practica autorităţii de supraveghere referitoare la evaluarea performanţelor instituţiilor financiare nebancare din perspectiva supravegherii prudenţiale. Este descris modul în care s-a reglementat activitatea instituţiilor financiare nebancare în Uniunea Europeană, precum şi situaţia curentă a sectorului instituţiilor financiare nebancare din România. Sunt prezentate de asemenea provocările şi oportunităţile pe care le întâmpină autoritatea de supraveghere în cazul evaluării performanţelor instituţiilor financiare nebancare. În final, s-a definit un set de indicatori pentru a putea fi evaluate comparativ instituţiile respective.
