SURGICAL ONYCHOPATHOLOGY, TREATMENT OF MICOTIC-ASSOCIATED DESTRUCTIVE INCARNATIVE CASES: DISCUSSIVE CLINICAL ASPECTS, AUTHORS ' VIEWS

Abstract
The article describes the results of application of author's treatment methods of destructive onychomycosis with the incarnation of the nail. The research on a retrospective and prospective analysis of medical cards of 919 patients during the 10-year period: 503 men and 416 women aged 5-95 years who were treated at the surgical departments of the Lviv clinic is based. By optimal author schemes of complex treatment of surgical onychopathology, we will consider the four-stage removal of the affected structures with polyonychomycosis through onycholized areas under the cover of pulse therapy (itraconazole), with the use of antimycotic liniments (terbinafine) and antimycotic lacquers, which allows to increase the speed of the wounds healing with statistical confidence and reach complete clinical mycological recovery.
