Abstract
The article forms the legal understanding of international labor law. This is an industry within the system of international law that regulates relations between states on the maintenance of international labor standards. As well as the relations complicated by a foreign element in connection with the international protection of labor rights. The main features of international labor law are: the personal object of regulation – relations between states on labor rights; the subject matter of international labor law; protection of labor rights by international efforts; the unity of the method of international legal regulation.
