СУТНІСТЬ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРАВОВОЇ СВІДОМОСТІ ПОЛІЦЕЙСЬКОГО

Abstract
The purpose of the study - is to determine the specifics of the formation of the legal consciousness of a policeman. Methods of research: historical and legal method, comparative, method of interpretation, logical-structural method, method of comparative law, formal-dogmatic, method of interpretation of law. Object of research - legal consciousness. The subject of the study is the process of forming the legal consciousness of a policeman. Research results. The work defines the terms: "legal awareness", "legal culture", "professional legal consciousness". The concept of legal consciousness is analyzed, the features of justice are considered, the classification of justice is given. The study of the peculiarities of professional justice of police officers. The features of formation of the legal consciousness of the policeman are determined. The conducted research allowed us to conclude that legal consciousness is a form of social consciousness, expressed by its mental states, has its subjects, which we call it bearers, expresses the attitude to the law (current, past, desirable), characterized by awareness of its value and is an ideological source of formation the latter. Features of formation of legal consciousness of the police are: the specifics of everyday service activities (law enforcement); essential educational work both during preparation and in service; tremendous public attention to policemen; the formation of a psychological installation "public interest has a priority over its own."
