Suudi Arabistan’ın Terörizmle Mücadele Stratejileri Çerçevesinde 12 Mart Vakası Sert Bir Yanıt Mı?

Abstract
The states of countering with terrorism to execute indispensable that whose policy and strategies within accordance besides their domestic law as well as obligations arising from international law at today. In our study, Saudi Arabia’s approaches that in process of counter-terrorism has been analyzed as empirical and normative. In our research, Saudi Arabia’s strategy that in process of counter-terrorism has been seen that to be two pillar. Saudi Arabia’s strategy of counter-terrorism in the short term has became to annihilate Al-Qaida etc threats of terrorism. Saudi Arabia’s strategy of counter-terrorism as for that in long term has to inhibit to emerge that aforementioned threats of terrorism. In this study, the time course of counter-terrorism of Saudi Arabia’s has been investigated from over perspective of international human rights. Saudi Arabia’s that in process of counter-terrorism that relationship between appealing to measures of law with standards of international human rights has been considered. While Saudi Arabia was countering with terrorism then it has been violated that some norms of human rights. In our study, Saudi Arabia’s that in process of counter-terrorism that incident of carrying out death penalty for 81 person at 12 March 2022 has been reviewed as a research case. Saudi Arabia has been gave hard response at case of 12 March as part of strategies of counter-terrorism. While Saudi Arabia countering terrorism has been failed to discharge it’s liabilities such like prohibition of torture, right to a fair trial, equality before the law, access to attorney to being by way of universal principles of law of international human rights. Saudi Arabia’s that to become paradoxes in the practises and strategies of counter-terrorism has been make firmed. İn the context of strategies of counter-terrorism that Saudi Arabia appealing to hard responses through violate to human rights that what such like results will be able to emerge in the future has been anaylzed.
