SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Elements of the synergetic approach to the improvement of the management structure on the basis of self-organization are developed. A project to improve management efficiency is considered through the intensification of the semantic analysis of information on changes in the internal and external environment of the production system. An approach to the structuring of production processes based on the application of an expert structural information module is proposed. Self-organization is considered as a condition for the development of natural and artificial (production) systems. The conclusion is drawn that the processes of self-organization should first of all be implemented at the regional level.
