SYNTHESIS OF DERIVED SIGNAL SYSTEMS FOR APPLICATIONS IN MODERN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Abstract
The specified requirements for complex signal systems selection – data carriers for utilization in information and communication systems (ICT), with higher demand for noise immunity, noise resistance, secrecy and information security. Conceptual framework for new class of complex signals presented – cryptographic signals. Proved appropriateness of utilization cryptographic signals in information and communication systems, as well as, for derived signal systems formation, in order to improve values of noise immunity, noise resistance, secrecy and information security in protected ICT.

Probabilistic minutia distribution in biometric fingerprint images
The analysis of the fingerprint scanning results shows an extremely small degree of similarity among the obtained images. The cause of the problem mentioned above is not only the complexity of the procedure itself, but a...
Code based fuzzy extractor for biometric keys
In this paper methods of forming cryptographic keys from biometric images using fuzzy extractors are considered. A new scheme of a fuzzy extractor based on the McEliece cryptosystem is proposed. It is shown that the new...
WILL THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HELP US?
Discussed what can help us (humanity) artificial intelligence. The unification of artificial neural networks and decision-making expert systems based on the logic has discussed. The integration of formed (human) concepts...
MATHEMATICAL AND PHYSICAL NATURE OF CHANNEL CAPACITY
The classic methodological approaches to the determination of channel capacity have been considered. The contradiction between analytical and geometric definitions of maximum achievable transmission rate has been shown....
