SYNTHESIS OF SIGNALS BY HAAR SERIES IN BINARY NUMBER SYSTEM

Abstract
It is rotined that on the basis of association of properties of rapid algorithms of transformations of Haar and features of adding up of rows of Haar at the binary task of arguments a refurbish able function it is succeeded to get the maximally effective in a calculable relation algorithm of treatment.
