Abstract
It is based on the importance of creating an environment for the development of ergonomic culture of teachers and the development of ergonomic culture of modern school teacher, ergonomic knowledge, skills and competencies. Summarizing the conditions for creating a comfortable environment, they are presented in the table. The content of the process of development of ergonomic culture of teachers and the technological system of its implementation, the model of development of ergonomic culture are presented taking into account its components
