System of control and management of product quality as the modern method of management control in the enterprise

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the system of total quality management (TQM), as one of the modern methods of control and quality assessment at the enterprise. The main purpose, tasks and principles of TQM, as well as foreign experience of implementing this system will be considered.
