System of principles of personnel provision of expert institutions of Ukraine.

Abstract
The article analyzes the principles of personnel provision as the basis of the structure and implementation of the system of work with personnel. On the basis of the analysis of the opinions of scientists on the essence of such a category as “the principles of staffing”, the actual concept of “the principles of personnel provision of expert institutions” is given. Classification of the principles of staffing of expert institutions was carried out, therefore, their division into general ones was proposed based on special principles.
