System of protection the rights and interests of an individual in criminal pre-trial proceedings

Abstract
System of protection from criminal prosecution consists from mutually associated elements, which include the main principles and terms of criminal proceedings, participation of a defender and representatives, personal protection and ensuring of the rights. Structural elements of a system of protection of the rights and interests of an individual in criminal pre-trial production are analyzed. It is given suggestions on changing and supplementing of criminal procedure legislation.
