SYSTEMATIZATION OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO SOLVING THE TASKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX

Abstract
The article systematizes theoretical approaches to solving problems in the development of the construction complex. The necessity of identifying the management process technology from the point of view of the general laws of interaction between the controlling and controlled subsystems is substantiated. Such an approach will allow taking into account the fundamental features of the management process in construction and eliminating the most blunders in the organization of the construction process. On the basis of systematization of economic theories of growth from the standpoint of the development of the construction complex, the main criteria and principles of its development are identified.
