Systemic aspects of innovational processes’ quality

Abstract
Paper presents innovational processes effectiveness’ conditionings in view of technological-organizational and personal-quality aspects connected with Quality Management System. Review of quality tools by criteria of implementation on operational level of enterprises’ management in purpose of technological, innovational and quality subjects has been performed in form of production tasks and working instructions. Systemic selection of optimization tools for innovational processes quality has taken place according to selected 8 criteria. In summary organizational model of integration technological, innovational and quality activities of enterprise has been presented.
