Abstract

Article contains a detailed description of the illicit market in tobacco products in Poland. The article also indicate the importance of the tobacco sector for Poland’s economy and public finances. In addition, it contains a description of the legal and systemic solutions that supports the fight against illicit production and helps increase its effectiveness. The summary contains tabaco industry recommendations and guidelines for further system and legal changes.<br/><br/>
