تعيين رد پای اکولوژيکی در نواحي شهري پر تراكم و بلند مرتبه <br /> نمونة مورد مطالعه :محلة الهيه تهران<br />

Abstract
هدف اين تحقيق، ارزيابی آثارمحيط زيستی افزايش تراكم جمعيتي و ساخت و سازهاي شهري، بخصوص بلند مرتبه سازي در نواحي و محله‌هاي شهري است. نمونه مورد مطالعه اين تحقيق، محلة الهيه يکی از معروف‌ترين نواحي توسعة ساختمان‌های بلند در شهر تهران است. ابتدا مقايسه روند تغييرات كاربري‌هاي محلة الهيه نشان داد كه در فاصلة سالهاي 1358 و 1384 اراضی ساخته شده در حدود 5/2 برابر افزايش و متعاقبا زمينهاي سبز و باز به ميزان 7/1 برابر کاهش داشته است. اين كاهش به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين آثار محيط زيستي افزايش ساخت و سازهاي محلة شناسايي شد.سپس با استفاده از روش "ردپای اکولوژيکی" مشخص شد كه ميزان "زمين مصرف شده" براي تأمين نياز‌هاي مصرفي ساكنان ناحية الهيه درسال 1384 بيش از 5برابر مساحت ناحيه و6/1 برابر كل مساحت شهر تهران بوده است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه توسعة محلة الهيه سهمي بسيار فراتر از ظرفيت محيط‌زيستي خود مصرف مي‌کند. همچنين در برنامه‌هاي توسعه محله، افزايش فضاهاي سبز و باز براي جبران آثار افزايش فضاهاي پر يا ساخته‌شده پيش‌بيني نشده است.در نهايت مشخص شد كه روش EFمي‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزار مناسبي براي ارزيابي و مقايسة كل آثار محيط‌زيستي در مقياس توسعه‌هاي درون‌شهري برحسب معيار و واحدی مشترك يعني" زمين " تطبيق و تعميم يابد.
