Tactical and strategic aspects of development agricultural enterprises at forming of financial potential

Abstract
In the article the basic tactical are considered and strategic directions of development of the agricultural enterprises, conditioned by corresponding technology of forming and management of financial potential. Features and parity descriptions of financial potential are certain in the financial system. Formal and informal communications that provide a purposeful and systematic development and realization of administrative influence process on forming of financial potential for the achievement of financial stability and other current and strategic aims of agricultural enterprises are considered. It is reasonable, that viability of agricultural enterprises on conditions of efficiency of tactical and strategic aspects of management forming of financial potential, must be examined as a general financial economic system of enterprise, that must be the independent organized system with progressive direction of development. Determination of influence of factors of external and internal environment, at forming of financial potential and their authentication allow to define the functional orientation of enterprises, their of communication structure of management by money streams and spectrum of the taken into account possibilities in a sentinel period.
