Tactics of defence on overcoming the conflicts in pre-trial criminal production

Abstract
It determined a concept of conflict situation in investigation, its particularities, and systemic elements. Correlation of the concepts “conflict situation” and “contracting investigation” is considered. Developed and described tactical techniques on overcoming of conflicts in pre-trial criminal production.
