TAK ZWANA HIPOTEKA ODWRÓCONA I MOŻLIWOŚCI JEJ UREGULOWANIA W PRAWIE POLSKIM

Abstract
Artykuł porusza problematykę tak zwanej hipoteki odwróconej oraz potencjalnych możliwości jej wprowadzenia do polskiego systemu prawnego. W artykule omówione zostają różnice pomiędzy dwoma modelami hipoteki odwróconej – modelem sprzedażowym i kredytowym, obowiązujące już przepisy prawne mogące stanowić podstawę umów hipoteki odwróconej oraz projektowane rozwiązania legislacyjne. Szczególną uwagę autorka zwraca na potrzebę uregulowania prawnej ochrony interesów konsumentów tego typu usług finansowych.
