Abstract
Studied the importance of attracting and retaining talented employees at the industrial enterprise in the conditions of economic crisis. Common mistakes of leaders in promoting the practice of talent management were analyzed. Conclusions about the establishment of a basic principles’ list of talent management and adjustment of recruitment methods are based on these mistakes.
