TEACHER’S WORK ECOFACILITATION PROGRAM IN THE ASPECT OF TRANSFORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL STEREOTYPES

Abstract

The article analyses theoretical approaches to the possibility of psychological follow-up of a teacher’s work in view of the issue of pedagogical stereotypes. A program of ecofacilitative follow-up in the aspect of work with pedagogical stereotypes is described. Substantiated a possibility of actualization of the process of development of a pedagogue’s personality with a stereotypic ideologyas a transitional form on the way towards the personal change through the model of collective subject’s development. Proposed a way to solve a certain problematics interms of emergence of temporal and opportunistic stereotypes, their main tenance as a source of change of a context of the teacher’s educational work, which is a mechanism of stereotype’s transformation.
